Color

Each of these energy centers is literally a spinning cone of light.  If they are healthy, the chakras will spin clockwise (if you are the clock and someone is looking at you) in the front, and counter-clockwise in the back. When imagining the color of the chakra, think of the purest, most translucent and uplifting version of that color. Please note that the color of the chakras may vary slightly per person.  If you sense a different color than is indicated, trust your instincts.
